Fried Eggs with Anchovies


How you fried the eggs usually? Have you try to fried the egg with anchovies?
Today, I will share with you the simple method to cook it. Believe me, it is very tasty, you will love it.

Ingredients:
  1. 100g of anchovies
  2. 5 pieces of chicken eggs
  3. 3 stalks of spring onion.
Seasoning:
  1. 1/2 tsp of salt
  2. 1/4 tsp of sesame oil
Method:
  1. Chop the spring onion.
  2. Soak all the anchovies until it soft.
  3. Drain and mix the anchovies with beaten eggs and Seasoning.
  4. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in the wok and add in the method (2) into the wok.
  5. Fry the eggs with anchovies into a round pancake until it 1/2 cooked.
  6. Add in the chopped spring onion and use the spatula to roll up the egg pancake.
  7. Simmer over low heat until it dry and cooked.
  8. Take out the rolled egg with anchovies pancake from the wok.
  9. Cut it into the pieces, dish up and ready for serve.
