Fried Egg with Ham and Corn

Ingredients:
  1. 1/2 portion of tin-canned corn
  2. 4 slides of ham
  3. 4 pieces of egg
  4. 2 small onion
  5. 2 spring onion

Seasonings:

  1. 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tbsp corn starch
  2. 1/2 tsp salt, 4 tbsp water, 1/2 tbsp corn starch

Method:

  1. Pour out all the corns from the tin and drain it.
  2. Beat the egg and whisk it.
  3. Add in the seasoning (1) and stir it.
  4. Cut the ham and onion with cube.

  1. Heat up 2 tbsp of oil and fry the egg now. Dish up when it is done.
  2. Heat up an other 1 tbsp of oil and fry the onion. Put in the corn and ham.
  3. Return the fried egg to the wok now and add in the seasoning (2).
  4. Dish up and sprinkle on some chopped onion.
  5. The fried egg with ham and corn is ready to serve now.
