Three Seasoning Eggs

At this post I will share with you how to mix the salted eggs, century eggs, and chicken eggs together, and steam it as a delicious egg recipe, I named it as "Three Seasoning Eggs".

Ingredients:


  1. 4 pieces salted eggs
  2. 3 pieces century eggs

  3. 5 pieces chicken eggs
  4. 1/4 piece of cellophane sheet
  5. 1 tbsp of white wine

Method:

  1. Dice the century eggs.

  2. Mix well together 4 pieces of salted eggs white with i) 2 pieces of chicken eggs, ii) 3 pieces of chicken eggs white and iii) white wine.

  3. Set aside 3 pieces of chicken egg yolks.
  4. Mince the salted egg yolk.
  5. Place cellophane sheet over a square container. Brush the cellophane sheet with a thin layer of oil.
  6. Pour in the ingredients of method 1) and 2) into the container with cellophane sheet. Steam it about 3 minutes or until it half set.
  7. Add in the 3 beaten of chicken egg yolks and continue to steam it for about 3 minutes.
  8. Add in the minced salted egg yolks and steam it for another 5 minutes until it cooked.
  9. Cool and slice the cooked eggs.
  10. Arrange the slice cooked eggs on the plate, and the "Three Seasoning Eggs" is ready for serve.
