The soup named "ABC Healthy Soup", as this soup is full of nutrients of vitamin A, B, and C.
Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of tomato
- 1 piece of red carrot
- 2 pieces of potato
- I piece big onion
- 1/2 tsp of peppercorns (optional)
- 300 grams of meaty bones
- 1 tsp of concentrated of chicken stock
- Dash of salt
- Peel of the potato and carrot, and cut it into pieces.
- Cut the big onions and potatoes into pieces
- Crush the peppercorns and scald bones in the hot water, rinse the bones before using.
- Cook the water into boil, adds in all the ingredients.
- Quick boil the soup
- Lower heat to low flame and simmer soup for 40 minutes.
