Healthy Root Vegetable Soup

In this 21 century, with the change of our lifestyle, modern generation of people today has lost touch with the traditional way of cooking. A slow cooker is very versatile piece of kitchen equipment for the soups making purpose. Have a bowl of self-brewed soup recipe is play an important and powerful role to change your general lifestyle to more healthiness.

At my blog, I will share with you some of the soup recipes which I like and cooked many times, you just need to follow a few simple and easy steps to have a healthy soup.

The soup recipe I will introduce to you today is "Healthy Root Vegetable Soup".

Ingredients:
1. 2 pieces of red carrot
2. 1 piece of green carrot
3. 1 piece of white carrot
4. 1 piece of dried squid
5. 10 pieces of red dates
6. 2000ml of clean water
7. 300 gram of meaty soup bones

Seasoning:
1. Dash of salt

Method:
1. Peel the red carrot, white carrot and radish. Cut it into pieces.
2. Rinse dried squid and peel off the membrane layer.
3. Rinse the red dates.
4. Boil up the water now, and add in the entire ingredient into the pot or the slow cooker.
5. When the soup become a rapid boil, turn the heat to low, and simmer it for another 2 1/2 hours before add in the seasoning into the soup.
6. Hot soup is ready for serving.

Healthy Tips:
This soup is helps to get rid of toxic elements and is a relief drink for hangover. It also will expel the body heat and helps to get rid of phlegm as well.

ABC Healthy Soup





In these days, more and more people are opting for healthiness lifestyles. The changing of diets and food intake to counter health problems, as health is ours most valuable asset. Have a bowl of healthy soup provide a better alternative way for the healthiness and happiness. Today, I will share with you simple and easier way to cook a nutrients soup, just simple as A B C.
The soup named "ABC Healthy Soup", as this soup is full of nutrients of vitamin A, B, and C.


Ingredients:
  1. 2 pieces of tomato
  2. 1 piece of red carrot
  3. 2 pieces of potato
  4. I piece big onion
  5. 1/2 tsp of peppercorns (optional)
  6. 300 grams of meaty bones
Seasoning:
  1. 1 tsp of concentrated of chicken stock
  2. Dash of salt
Method:
  1. Peel of the potato and carrot, and cut it into pieces.
  2. Cut the big onions and potatoes into pieces
  3. Crush the peppercorns and scald bones in the hot water, rinse the bones before using.
  4. Cook the water into boil, adds in all the ingredients.
  5. Quick boil the soup
  6. Lower heat to low flame and simmer soup for 40 minutes.
  7. Add in the seasoning.
  8. The hot soup is ready for serve.

Italian Vegetable Soup

A bowl of nutrition soup recipe is a valuable asset for the people around the world, it can be the soup recipe for the people from western or eastern in this world.
I will introduce you a nutrition western soup recipe at my blog today, an Italian Vegetable Soup. This soup is full of nutrition; you will feel satiety after meal. Remove the celery and carrot, you can serve it with bread and fruit during dinner. Let prepare it for the coming Christmas dinner.

Ingredient (serve for 6)
1. 6 pieces of tomato
2. 5 cloves of garlic
3. 1/4 piece of carrot, onion, green capsicum, red capsicum and yellow capsicum
4. 1 piece of celery
5. 1/2 cup of cooked white bean
6. 1/2 cup of cooked cashew nuts
7. 6 glasses of water
8. 1 tsp of salt
9. 1/4 tsp of rosemary
10. 1/2 tsp of Italian seasoning (you can buy it at most of the major shop)
11. 1 tsp of honey
12. 8 pieces of basil leaf

Method:
1. Scald the tomato, peel and scoop out the seed. Leave 1 and blend the other 5 into puree.
2. Chop the garlic.
3. Slice the carrot, onion, all capsicums, and celery.
4. Boil up the water with tomato puree, garlic, carrot, onion, all capsicums, and celery until it cooked.
5. Then, add in the white bean, cooked cashew nuts, salt, rosemary, Italian seasoning, and honey.
6. Scald the left tomato, cut it into pieces, add it into the soup, and cook the soup for 20 minutes.
7. Sprinkle on the basil leaf before serve to prevent the leaves turn to yellow.

Healthy tips:
This soup contains vitamin B1, B2, potassium, fiber and calcium. It abolishes tiresome, and boot energy.
Especially on the celery, it can prevents constipation, acid ascorbic, arteriosclerosis and ringworm.
