- 1/2 portion of tin-canned corn
- 4 slides of ham
- 4 pieces of egg
- 2 small onion
- 2 spring onion
Seasonings:
- 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp salt, 4 tbsp water, 1/2 tbsp corn starch
Method:
- Pour out all the corns from the tin and drain it.
- Beat the egg and whisk it.
- Add in the seasoning (1) and stir it.
- Cut the ham and onion with cube.
- Heat up 2 tbsp of oil and fry the egg now. Dish up when it is done.
- Heat up an other 1 tbsp of oil and fry the onion. Put in the corn and ham.
- Return the fried egg to the wok now and add in the seasoning (2).
- Dish up and sprinkle on some chopped onion.
- The fried egg with ham and corn is ready to serve now.
