Today, I will share with you the simple method to cook it. Believe me, it is very tasty, you will love it.
Ingredients:
- 100g of anchovies
- 5 pieces of chicken eggs
- 3 stalks of spring onion.
Seasoning:
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of sesame oil
Method:
- Chop the spring onion.
- Soak all the anchovies until it soft.
- Drain and mix the anchovies with beaten eggs and Seasoning.
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in the wok and add in the method (2) into the wok.
- Fry the eggs with anchovies into a round pancake until it 1/2 cooked.
- Add in the chopped spring onion and use the spatula to roll up the egg pancake.
- Simmer over low heat until it dry and cooked.
- Take out the rolled egg with anchovies pancake from the wok.
- Cut it into the pieces, dish up and ready for serve.
